About Me

Fashion runs in my family.

Ever since I was a child and finally learned about my parents' jobs; I knew there was a place in fashion that I wanted to be in. My dad worked as a store manager, a buyer, and a category manager throughout my childhood.  Watching him work and learning about his jobs inspired me to get my education in the field. Finally, I'm a 3.9/4.0 GPA senior in Merchandise Management at Mount Mary University set to graduate in May 2023.

My education at Mount Mary has provided me the proper tools to thrive after graduation. In my Trend Forecasting class, students had the opportunity to work with companies, such as Jockey, and create forecasting plans for them for the following year. We also gained important experience by building stores and Plan-o-grams using the Visual Retailing software. We based the items in the store on buying plans and customer profiles that we created! I'm currently taking Buying and Allotment Planning, which goes deep into all the retail math required for a buyer position.

Currently, I am looking for entry-level Buying or Merchandising positions. I am confident that my education and experience has prepared me in providing customers their best retail experience.
