Kohls Chelsea Boots Merchandise Plan

In my 2022 Buying and Planning Class at Mount Mary we created a Merchandise Plan as our final project. I chose Kohls because this is a company that I would love to work for after Graduation. I tracked trends, economic effects, and tried to understand the customer base to create a proper mix. In addition, I created a pricing and sourcing plan of where my product is coming from and how to price it. Lastly, I created a 6-month plan to estimate sales for Fall 2023.
